- 28-Hour: 7-hour X 4-day (Hybrid: 2-day synchronous e-learning & 2-day classroom)
- Comprising a series of mini-lectures, case studies, group discussions, role plays, practical application, quizzes

- ECI has been in the business of life coaching and health coaching since 2003. It has helped thousands of individuals in making changes in their lives or careers, in resolving life challenges, and in making lifestyle changes for better health outcomes.
- As the President of the Society of Behavioural Health Singapore, Susan drives the advancement of Health Coaching in Singapore via the creation of the Health Coaching Competency framework and chairs the Health Coaching Chapter.
- Susan is a State-Registered Nurse turned Master health coach. She is a member with UK International Health Coaching Association. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Susan also set up and headed the Career Coaching Unit at MOM in 2000.
- Susan is helping healthcare businesses to conceptualise, set up their health coaching operations including the professional development and performance appraisal of the health coaches.
- She is also the clinical supervisor for newly-qualified health coaches and addictions consultants in Singapore to improve their performance as a coach in the health arena for more than a decade.
- ECI has developed and conducted numerous capability building programmes on coaching skills for executives and leaders since 2007.
- In 2020, ECI coached close to 80 young consultants from Deloitte Japan for a better headstart in their consulting career.
- Since 2015, Susan has been teaching health coaching and motivational interviewing skills to a wide audience from third-year medical students to masters students in Applied Gerontology as well as working adults as part of their continuing education at Asia’s leading universities including National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
