Susan Tan has spent years lecturing in healthcare at Asia’s Leading Medical School, NUS and NTU School of Social Sciences and Ageing Research Institute for Society & Education. A registered nurse turned Master Health Coach, a full member of the UK International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), and a certified personal trainer, she also helps healthcare businesses to conceptualise, set up their health coaching operations including the professional development and performance appraisal of the health coaches. She is the President of the Society of Behavioural Health Singapore. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Healthy Longevity Medicine Clinic at Alexandra Hospital.

In the last 20 years, Susan has conducted over 1000 training seminars on health, wellbeing, aged care and healthcare and audited hundreds of work training programs for the Work Development Authority Singapore (now SkillsFuture Singapore).
